A new al fresco dining experience launches this weekend at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

A relaxed and refined open-air bar with views over the Arabian Gulf and the Abu Dhabi skyline, Glo at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking to illuminate your evenings with the launch of ‘Wood & Fire.’

Starting this weekend and running throughout the winter season ‘Wood & Fire’ is set to offer the capital’s gastronomes with a range of culinary delights, cooked live by a passionate team, using the classic cooking method of firewood, as well as American and Komodo pressure grills.

The menu at ‘Wood & Fire’ is a celebration of flavours, as guests are invited to enjoy a range of meats and seafood. Highlights include the Jimbaran-style red snapper, lamb rump, short ribs, lobster, oysters, and the 12-hour smoked beef brisket. A selection of savoury appetisers, delectable desserts, and Rosewood’s expertly prepared cocktails and grape pairing options are also included.

With interactivity at the heart of the experience, aside from the wood-fired preparation, the dining space and food preparation areas are connected through a cold preparation bar, where chefs will be shucking oysters, preparing lobsters and whipping up some healthy greens.

The Wood & Fire menu is served à la carte from sunset until 11pm and looks to be the perfect addition to the capitals al fresco dining options this winter.
