Middle East’s first MICHELIN Guide Food Festival to take place in Abu Dhabi

The festival will be held at Louvre Abu Dhabi Park.

Foodies and gastronomes, get ready to tantalise your taste buds and embark on a memorable culinary journey as the MICHELIN Guide brings its first-ever regional Food Festival to Abu Dhabi. Mark your calendars for 8 to 10 December because this food extravaganza is about to hit the capital.

Taking place at the picturesque Louvre Abu Dhabi Park, the gastronomic spectacle forms part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Season and will see 16 handpicked MICHELIN Guide-recognised restaurants whisk you away on a culinary adventure. Under the theme ‘Discover the Art of Flavour’, each dish will have a unique story, define a culture, and ignite the senses.

Prepare to be amazed by a star-studded lineup of chefs, both local and international, who are masters of their craft. Lee Kok Hua of Hakkasan, Luigi Stinga of Talea by Antonio Guida, Thinus van der Westhuizen from 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant, and Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation are just a few of the culinary maestros who will be present.

The MICHELIN Guide Food Festival offers more than just delightful dishes. Curious foodies can attend six exclusive masterclasses, each focused on a different type of flavour — sweet, savoury, bitter, sour, umami, and spicy — led by skilled chefs.
