Torno Subito at W Dubai – The Palm – I Brodi: Estrazioni & Infusioni Tasting Menu:
Meaning ‘The Broths: Extraction & Infusion’, this new six-course tasting menu is available at Italian hotspot Torno Subito throughout the month of March, allowing foodies to indulge in an irresistible six-course feast featuring delicious Italian broths with a unique twist. Starting with the Welcome From The Kitchen, a creamy soup with pastina and Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a fresh crab salad, served with red cabbage in a fragrant yoghurt dressing. For mains, guests will be treated to an Asian inspired Ramen Di Funghi, with porcini tagliolini, pickled egg, pak choi, and a special mushroom infusion; Bollito, a tender Wagyu cheek and tongue, dressed in peppers, salsa verde and a flavoursome beef juice, and a home-made seabass Ravioli, served with a foamy lemon broth and bottarga. If there is still room for more, then Torno Subito’s dark chocolate 3 Cioccolati is the perfect way to end the Italian feast. Daily until 11:30pm. LDC Kitchen + Coffee, DIFC – HABIBI-Q:
Diners at London Dairy Bistro are in for a surprise this weekend as the venue will be throwing a picnic with acclaimed Dubai pitmaster Hattem Mattar. The Habibi-Q is set to be one Insta-worthy event that will take over the DIFC terrace showcasing a traditional al fresco picnic set up alongside the tastiest smoked meats. In addition to the weekend picnic, Friday evening will offer a special tasting menu, priced at AED250. Habibi-Q is open from 11 to 13 March, from 12pm to 6pm.
