AKA is an intimate yet glamorous destination for those seeking a dining experience with an eclectic edge. The menu is an exquisitely prepared selection, encapsulating a bold fusion of contemporary visuals with Japan’s traditional flavours. Signature dishes include ceviche seabass, a flavourful sashimi Platter of salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, smoked eel, uni, and salmon roe, and miso black cod served with wasabi sauce, sakura, lime, and Yuzu Daikon.

Embark on a culinary journey across continents with the new Premium Lunch at MASTI, La Mer:

Challenging perceptions around traditional Indian cuisine, MASTI is raising gastronomy and mixology levels with their new Premium Lunch. To start, diners can choose both a cold and hot appetiser to prime the palate, including dishes such as tangy cassava chaat and for the more adventurous, smokey chipotle paneer tikka. Show-stopping mains such as MASTI-fied paella and the famous saag paneer lasagna will follow, providing a globally-inspired fusion of flavour, colour and texture. Lunch ends on a sumptuous high with a choice of one dessert from a selection featuring choco-lotus delight, rasmalai coconut cake or the chocolate delice. Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm. Tuck into the new menu at KIMPO, Conrad Dubai:

Taking its prime influence from Korea, Kimpo Bar and Eatery owns that Brooklyn-meets-Seoul warehouse vibe. Korean fried chicken is their speciality, but you’ll also find a range of exciting East-Asian dishes to try, including the new V2 Kimpo Pizza with Wagyu beef and truffle ponzu, Korean Bao Buns with slow-cooked minced meat, Korean pickled onions and Kimchi mayo and Kimpo-lisious Poke Bowls. The restaurant is designed with Instagram in mind, so expect neon signs and vibrant modern street art by Dubai-based graffiti artist Ramy Elzaghawy. Open daily from 4pm to 1am.
