The concert is scheduled to take place at the Coca-Cola Arena.

The Queen of Hip-Hop and R&B is headed to Dubai. The one and only Mary J. Blige will take the stage at Coca-Cola Arena on 24 June for what promises to be an unforgettable night of soul-stirring music and iconic hits. Presented by Live Nation Middle East, this marks her long-awaited return to the UAE and her first performance in the country in over a decade.

Few artists can claim a legacy as powerful and enduring as Mary J. Blige. Since redefining R&B with her 1992 debut, What’s the 411?, Mary has become a cultural force, fusing raw emotion with hip-hop swagger in a way that changed the R&B scene. Over the last three decades, she has released 14 studio albums, sold over 100 million records worldwide, and earned nine Grammy Awards, two Academy Award nominations, an Emmy, and a place on the Apollo Theatre Walk of Fame. In 2022, she was also recognised with the Billboard Icon Award, cementing her place as one of the most influential voices in modern music.

Her catalogue is packed with era-defining anthems, including “Real Love,” “No More Drama,” “Not Gon’ Cry,” “Be Without You,” and the Dr. Dre-produced “Family Affair”—tracks that continue to resonate with fans across generations.

The announcement follows her recent appearance at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where she attended the opening of Brooklyn Chop House, adding star power to an already glittering weekend of celebrity sightings and global talent.
