RIKAS Hospitality Group to bring fire and flavour to Ras Al Khaimah’s mountains

The upcoming concept will open at Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak.

The UAE has a diverse culinary scene. While Dubai and Abu Dhabi often steal the spotlight, Ras Al Khaimah is fast becoming a culinary haven. Already home to several FACT award-winning restaurants, this mountainous emirate is set to welcome an exciting new addition from RIKAS Hospitality Group.

Promising to elevate the culinary landscape to new heights — quite literally — a fire-infused restaurant is making its way to Jebel Jais. Eyeing an early 2025 opening, this new venue from RIKAS Hospitality Group will be the go-to spot to not only enjoy delicious food but also take in the breathtaking surroundings.

The restaurant — for which the name has not been revealed — will feature a menu of dishes with a fiery twist. Using locally sourced ingredients that take inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s geology and flora, diners can look forward to flavourful dishes crafted by experts. And with the Hajar mountains as your background, this experience is sure to be Insta-worthy too.

The upcoming Jebel Jais eatery will be a partnership between RAK Leisure and RIKAS Hospitality Group. They’re the force behind the popular dining destinations Lana Lusa, Mimi Kakushi, Ninive, Twiggy and XU.

Ras Al Khaimah is also home to several other must-visit dining destinations, such as 1484 by Puro — the UAE’s highest restaurant — Puro Express, The View by 1484, and Ula.

So, if you’re looking for an extraordinary dining experience, this grill and fire-infused concept will elevate the emirate’s culinary landscape.
