Ras Al Khaimah has welcomed big hotel brands from around the world. Now, NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel and Apartments has been announced. Scheduled to open in 2028, the development will include 156 keys across rooms, suites and residences.
The Minor hotel group is no stranger to the Middle East, already operating 17 hotels in the UAE, including Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat, and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara. In February 2023, NH Collection made its debut in the country with NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The future developments also include Anantara Mina Residences.
Details about NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel and Apartments were unveiled during a ceremony at THINC Middle East. The hotel is owned by real estate developer, RRS International Development, and looks set to be home to luxury rooms, residences and facilities.
Located on Al Marjan Island, NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel and Apartments will be in a convenient spot. The hotel will be one hour from Dubai International Airport and a 30-minute drive from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. The site will feature 120 beach-facing rooms and suites, as well as 36 branded serviced apartments.
The hotel will feature four restaurants and bars, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. Plus, there will be a kids club, games room, shop and a co-working space. It joins several other exciting openings, including Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah and Wynn Al Marjan Island.
