Experience the magic of Cirque du Liban’s Pluma in Dubai

The Lebanese circus group are coming to the city.

Roll up, roll up. The circus is coming to town. Cirque du Liban’s Pluma is heading to Dubai in November 2023. If you want to catch the Lebanese group’s latest show, here’s what you need to know.

Cirque du Liban’s Pluma describes itself as a grand tapestry of wonder. The name means feather in Latin, and embodies the show’s theme of flight. The tagline is: “Welcome to a world where we all fly”.

Cirque du Liban made a splash in the UAE with its show Fontana. The group were the Middle East’s first travelling water circus, visiting Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. In the UAE, the show took place in the tailormade Aquatic Theatre, and we are expecting Pluma to take place in the same big top tent.

Cirque du Liban is famous for its thrilling theatrics, which are fun-filled and family-friendly. The group’s previous shows have included musical fountains and motorcycle stunts. Plus, aerialists, dancers and old-school clowns.

If you love live entertainment, there are range of cool concerts. UNTOLD Dubai takes place at EXPO City in February 2024. The Irish Village presents The Boys Are Back In Town at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium on 13 October. KISS will perform in Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on 13 October, Robbie Williams will perform in the Etihad Arena on 18 October, and Bryan Adams will perform in Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on 4 November.

So far, the exact date for Cirque du Liban’s Pluma have not yet been confirmed. Check in with FACT for more details.
