Sample Salmon Guru’s new menu creations
Salmon Guru welcomes the new year with an enticing menu revamp curated by founder Diego Cabrera. Designed for sharing, the highlights include the Lobster Indulgence (AED 132), Seabass Nigiri with Crispy Nori (AED 80) and Thai Salad with warm ramen noodles (AED 65). For the main course, guests can savour the Matured Beef Kofta served on garlic butter brushed naan bread (AED 90) before finishing the meal with the Cannoli Duo dessert stuffed with creamy pistachio ricotta and dulce de leche mascarpone (AED 60). New drink concoctions such as the Beirut Basil Bash (AED 78), Tomatillo (AED 75) and Vieux Carre De Pina (AED 95) are also available,

Al Fresco, the cosy Italian restaurant in Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel has been serving meaty mains and homemade pasta dishes since early 2000, with the head chef’s creativity shining brightest when it comes to the crispy pizzas straight out of the stone-base oven onsite. A ‘Farm to Fork’ philosophy – led by Chef Christophe – symbolises the restaurant’s commitment to supporting local farming in the UAE, which is showcased in the restaurant’s popular business lunch. Experience Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells
A tribute concert will be held at Dubai Opera to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the musical masterpiece, Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield. This concert will feature a full band, conducting and arrangements by Oldfield’s long-term collaborator, Robin Smith. This work gained worldwide acclaim when the opening theme was used in the soundtrack of the horror film The Exorcist and went on to become the highest-selling instrumental album of all time.

Experience an Athenian lunch
Avli by tashas new Athenian lunch experience offers authentic Athenian dishes designed for sharing in family gatherings. The buffet section and an à la carte menu featuring twelve options showcase a modern twist on traditional favourites.
