Salmon Guru welcomes the new year with an enticing menu revamp curated by founder Diego Cabrera. Designed for sharing, the highlights include the Lobster Indulgence (AED 132), Seabass Nigiri with Crispy Nori (AED 80) and Thai Salad with warm ramen noodles (AED 65). For the main course, guests can savour the Matured Beef Kofta served on garlic butter brushed naan bread (AED 90) before finishing the meal with the Cannoli Duo dessert stuffed with creamy pistachio ricotta and dulce de leche mascarpone (AED 60). Experience Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells

A tribute concert will be held at Dubai Opera to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the musical masterpiece, Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield. This concert will feature a full band, conducting and arrangements by Oldfield’s long-term collaborator, Robin Smith. This work gained worldwide acclaim when the opening theme was used in the soundtrack of the horror film The Exorcist and went on to become the highest-selling instrumental album of all time.
