The menu boasts a concise selection of dishes such as Rainbow Heirloom Carrots, Salmon Carpaccio, Mapo Burrata, Chilli Chicken, Corn Fed Baby Chicken with Coconut Curry, Wagyu Smash Burger, and Brown Butter Prawn Salsa Macha. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, dessert options include Mango Panna Cotta or Baked Alaska Tiramisu Mochi paired with Hot Chocolate Mocha. Available daily from 5:30pm to 7pm. Go wild at Gohan
Gohan, the Japanese dining gem at Emirates Towers, may be small but it has cultivated a cult following. Paying tribute to the tradition of Japanese dining spaces, the restaurant’s new Sushi Matsuri promotion promises an elegant street food experience, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of sushi delights backed by a soundtrack of Hip-Hop and R&B.
