Catch OneRepublic, CAS and Ministry of Sound at Amplified in Abu Dhabi

Tickets go on sale today for the first-ever Amplified music festival.

OneRepublic, CAS and Ministry of Sound are just some of the names announced for the first-ever Amplified in Abu Dhabi. The new music festival takes place at Yas Links from 11 to 13 November, bringing together pop, rock, funk and soul acts.

Tickets for Amplified in Abu Dhabi go on sale on 3 October from midday. The festival kicks off with the American rockers OneRepublic on 11 November, who are famous for their hit songs Counting StarsApologize and Love Runs Out

OneRepublic have previously performed in the UAE for the Dubai Jazz Festival in 2013, and returned for the event in 2020. Given that the 2013 show was sold out, we are expecting the upcoming show to be just as popular.

Dance music fans will want to throw some shape at Ministry of Sound Disco on 12 November. The world-famous music brand is bringing its 15-piece Ministry of Sound Funk & Soul Band to the capital, and will play dance classics from Music Sounds Better with You to Don’t Stop ‘til you get Enough.

Amplified in Abu Dhabi

Amplified in Abu Dhabi closes with the electro-rock band CAS on 13 November. We are hoping that they play their top songs including Nothing’s Gonna Hurt you Baby, which has more than 70 million streams. Plus, since their last two shows in the UAE sold out, we’d recommend getting on it.

Tickets for Amplified in Abu Dhabi start from AED149 for general single-day admission, and AED 249 for a single-day golden circle admission. For those who want to enjoy the full line-up, a festival pass starts from AED 499.
