Developed by Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties, Yas Point will be a premium waterfront development located on the northern side of Yas Island. Covering approximately 600,000 square metres, the project will create a new beachfront neighbourhood within one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular entertainment destinations.
The strategic location of this new project in Yas Island places it close to some of the emirate’s most anticipated attractions, including the Sphere Abu Dhabi and Disneyland Abu Dhabi.
