Rap icon Jay-Z has announced a concert in London, which will celebrate his 30-year career. The award-winning artist will headline Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Taking place on 4 September, here’s how to get hold of tickets.
Born Shawn Carter in Brooklyn, New York, Jay-Z has gone from humble beginners to one of music’s global superstars and cultural icons. With 25 Grammy Awards to his name, he is regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time. Away from music, he has built successful business ventures in entertainment, fashion and sport, and cemented his influence far beyond the recording studio.
When Jay-Z heads to London, the concert looks set to be a spectacular celebration of his career, which has produced awards, albums, singles and collaborations. Over the years, he has released countless chart-topping songs, including “99 Problems”, “Hard Knock Life”, “Empire State of Mind”, and “Run This Town”. Over his career, he has also collaborated with Alicia Keys, Eminem, Rihanna and more. Special guest appearances have not yet been confirmed.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has become one of London’s premier live music venues, welcoming some of the world’s biggest artists. Jay-Z’s wife, Beyoncé, has also performed at the stadium, as she brought the Cowboy Carter Tour to the venue in July 2025.
