Latine will be located in Mayfair.
Latine is a vibrant new French and Latin restaurant concept in London that’s set to bring a fresh burst of energy and elegance to Mayfair. Opening in June 2026, it is located in the historic mews of Lancashire Court, and moments from the shopping districts of Oxford Street and New Bond Street.
Latine promises an exciting experience, combining French and Latin American influences. Designed as a social destination, it invites guests to settle in from the early evening to late-night cocktails. On the ground floor, guests can discover different spaces: The Restaurant, Crudo Bar, and Champagne Terrace. If you’re after some alfresco fun, the terrace is located on the cobbled courtyard of Lancashire Court.
On the first floor, there is La Candela, a restaurant and lounge setting. On the second floor, there is El Cielo, a hand-painted private dining room that can seat up to 20 guests. And in the basement, there is LACAV, which is a softly lit space inspired by South American culture.
Following the restaurant launch, LACAV will showcase cocktails, Champagne and a curated music list. Guests will be able to enjoy live DJ sets. The drinks menu continues the French and Latin theme and is inspired by tropical fruits and spices. The wine list has been created by Romain Audrerie, formerly of The Savoy, Tramp and Chiltern Firehouse.
At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Francisco Lafee, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who has also worked at the Michelin-starred restaurants Barrafina, Centrale, and El Celler de Can Roca. His menu combines classic French technique with Latin American flavours.
Seafood takes centre stage at Latine in London, and there will be a dedicated Crudo Bar. Signature dishes include Steak Tartare with truffle mayonnaise and crisp potato pavé, Wild Seabass with beurre blanc and ají amarillo, and chargrilled beef fillet with Périgord sauce and dark chocolate.
