Here, legendary recipes and innovative plating come together to create culinary art, courtesy of the highly skilled chefs at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Diners can look forward to the mouth-watering street food inspired by bustling capital cities through the ‘Urban Streets’ offering every Wednesday evening – British fish and chips, the German currywurst, Indonesian satays, American-style black bun burgers and more. Meanwhile, beloved dishes from across South East Asia come to life every Thursday evening with ‘Asianture’, transporting guests to Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Indonesia through a curated menu and multiple live stations of signature curries, vibrant stir-fries and refreshing salads.
On Fridays, Journey Around the World exclusively presents ‘Ocean’s Table’ which, as its name suggests, caters to seafood enthusiasts with a lavish buffet of lobster, oyster and salmon, the elaborate showcase of fresh seafood prepared to perfection marks the beginning of the weekend.
Inspired by a fish market, The Ocean’s Table concept features a selection of fresh seafood which The St. Regis culinary team will prepare to your preference. Terrace on the Corniche is also the only concept in the capital to offer both a seafood market concept and an expansive buffet at the same time.
Both the Wednesday ‘Urban Streets’ and Thursday ‘Asianture’ evenings are priced at AED 220 per person, while the Friday ‘Ocean’s Table’ experience is priced AED 275 per person. Bon appétit.
