“I believe a lot of the skills found in a good fighter are reflected in the heat of the kitchen. In both arenas, we must take our time to prepare thoroughly, we must build our strength through the continuous practice of repetitive tasks. Our technique is our most vital attribute, it is that which gives us our own signature. Our dedication and commitment to skill and precision is what makes us who we are, both in the ring and in the restaurant.” Chef Izu Ani.
In addition to the Izu Burger pop-up, diners can head to the Amerigos truck for lip-smacking Mexican dishes, including spicy enchilada Chili Cheese Fries, Tacos Pastor and Nutty Churros. For those looking to tame more rampaging appetites, Rangoli will be offering its speciality North and South Indian cuisine on the go with the likes of Lamb Seek Kebabs, Paneer Tikka Kathi Rolls and Vegetable Samosa Chats.
Muscle into ultimate flavours and entertainment around the courtyard in Yas Plaza this weekend from 6pm on Thursday 28 October until Saturday 30 October.
