Chef Izu is bringing Izu Burger to the capital this weekend

Izu Burger will launch a pop-up at Yas Plaza to celebrate Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.

In partnership with Abu Dhabi Culinary, Yas Plaza Hotels and Chef Izu will bring an unmissable foodie pop-up to Yas Island this weekend to celebrate of UFC 267. 

Izu Burger‘s first Abu Dhabi pop-up celebrates Fight Island, where diners can enjoy Chef Izu’s signature Wagyu Potato Bun Burger, made with an exquisite cut of Australian Wagyu Beef or 150-day grain-fed Canadian Beef, topped with melted Emmental Swiss Cheese, signature sauce and a pillowy Potato Bun that soaks up all of the juices. The pop-up will also feature a live DJ, a range of beverage trucks and comfortable seating for diners to unwind and enjoy.

To celebrate Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, Izu Burger will also launch an exclusive UFC Big Box. Providing the ultimate meal to enjoy while watching the exhilarating matches, or to feast on following a day of UFC dedication, the Big Box includes a Wagyu Milk Baguette, a choice of a Wagyu or Chicken Karaage Potato Bun Burger alongside the infamous Izu Fries and Rich and Smokin’ BBQ sauce.

In addition to the Izu Burger pop-up, diners can head to the Amerigos truck for lip-smacking Mexican dishes, including spicy enchilada Chili Cheese Fries, Tacos Pastor and Nutty Churros. For those looking to tame more rampaging appetites, Rangoli will be offering its speciality North and South Indian cuisine on the go with the likes of Lamb Seek Kebabs, Paneer Tikka Kathi Rolls and Vegetable Samosa Chats.
