A traditional bistro, reimagined, has taken up residence at Fashion Avenue in The Dubai Mall.

Over a decade into its operations, Novikov is still one of the most unique and celebrated culinary spots in Mayfair – and London as a whole – so it was only a matter of time until an outpost landed in Dubai. And now it has. Taking up residence at Fashion Avenue in The Dubai Mall, Novikov Café is now serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch in a relaxing and chic ambience.

Novikov Café is rooted in providing the best dining experience from start to finish by bringing a curated menu inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, utilising the abundance of ingredients available in the UAE. Inspired by Head Chef Rory Duncan, the café’s recipes revolve around wood coal cooking that offers a modern take on French techniques, which is deliberately light, detailed and delicious. The Novikov Café concept is all about challenging the animated ambience of the bistro through intimate layouts, artistic furniture, and welcoming moments. It is also about reimagining the traditional bistro with an emphasis on contemporary chic thanks to the café’s vibrant patterns.

Closer to home, the tastes of the Mediterranean will play a bigger role at Novikov Café in The Dubai Mall. An à la carte menu and seasonal set menu aside, the Café also offers a variety of drinks that range from speciality coffees and Jing teas to specially curated smoothies and mojitos.
