The award-winning family show will take over the Sands Theatre this July.

Get ready for snow in the Lion City. The internationally acclaimed Slava’s SnowShow is heading to Sands Theatre in Singapore from 15 to 26 July 2026, bringing its dreamlike world of clowning, comedy and theatrical magic to the city.

Created by Russian performance artist and clown Slava Polunin, the show has become a global stage phenomenon. Since its debut, Slava’s SnowShow has been seen by more than 12 million people worldwide, travelling to countries including Australia, Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Part family spectacle, part poetic theatre, Slava’s SnowShow blends comedy, drama, music and movement to create an experience that feels both playful and profound. It has also received widespread critical acclaim, winning more than 25 international awards, including a Drama Desk Award in New York and a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Entertainment.

Slava’s SnowShow unfolds without dialogue. Instead, the production uses silent vignettes, expressive movement and striking visual effects to tell its story. At the centre of the show is a yellow-suited clown who moves through a surreal landscape filled with oversized props, mysterious characters and moments of quiet wonder.

The result is a show that shifts effortlessly between joy and melancholy. One moment, audiences are laughing at the physical comedy on stage. The next, they are drawn into scenes of loneliness, longing and childlike awe. It is this emotional balance that has helped Slava’s SnowShow connect with audiences across cultures and generations.

At Slava’s SnowShow in Singapore, you can expect a theatrical experience filled with spectacle, surprise and, of course, snow.
