The historic Concours d'Elegance is making its debut in Singapore at Gardens by the Bay.

The rarefied world of museum-worthy automobiles is assembling for the world’s first immersive Concours d’Elegance Singapore this August.
In the world of automotive, few honours carry the weight of Concours d’Elegance. More than just a luxury car exhibition, it is a showcase of master craftsmanship, where some of the world’s rarest automobiles are judged not by horsepower, but as enduring works of art. Singapore joins the distinguished tradition of bringing together museum-worthy classics, celebrated car designers, and restorers for the prestigious date on any car collector’s calendar, with the inaugural Concours d’Elegance Singapore running from 13 to 16 August 2026.
Originating in the 17th century, the French phrase “concours d’elegance” translates to “competition of elegance”. The tradition began as a parade where aristocrats in refined carriages promenade through public parks to garner best-in-show accolades, before evolving to feature the automobile in the advent of the industrial 20th century.
Unlike its previous incarnations held on historical estates or sprawling gardens, the four-day affair in Singapore is tailored from its traditional format to include cinematic digital storytelling in a contemporary space at Gardens by the Bay. Gathering approximately 55 carefully selected collector vehicles from Singapore and regional cities, this time around, the IMBA Theatre on the West Lawn will be staged as the main hall of festivities for the event.
Before doors open to the public on 14 August, those holding VIP and Preview tickets will have the opportunity to appreciate the competing models with exclusive access to the space on 13 August, alongside insiders on the judging panel. And on 14 and 15 August, expert seminars and the Tour d’Elegance — a scenic driving event for collectors — will be held from the event’s space all through to Dempsey Hill. A gala dinner for esteemed guests will also be hosted as part of the Concours d’Elegance event lineup.
As Singapore continues to cement its position as a destination for luxury lifestyle experiences, Concours d’Elegance Singapore adds a new dimension to the city’s vibrant calendar.
