The Taiwanese Mandopop star will perform his first solo concert in Singapore this August.
Singapore’s live music calendar is getting another Mandopop moment. Taiwanese singer-songwriter Xiao Bing Chih will bring his “ALIVE” Tour to the Capitol Theatre in Singapore on Saturday, 1 August 2026. The concert starts at 8pm and marks his first-ever solo concert in Singapore, as well as the tour’s final Southeast Asian stop.
Xiao Bing Chih is a familiar name to Mandopop fans. The Taiwanese artist first rose to fame as the vocalist and songwriter for the band Magic Power, which debuted in 2009. He later launched a solo career under his own name, releasing his first solo album, Mortal, in 2018. Since then, he has built a reputation for heartfelt lyrics, piano-led melodies and songs that move between pop, rock, electronic, rap, R&B and soul.
His rise has been shaped by reinvention. After stepping away from the band format, Xiao returned with music that felt more personal and direct. His solo work has explored themes of love, healing, identity and survival, giving fans a more intimate side of the artist. Albums including Mortal and Wild helped define his Project X era, while his live shows have strengthened his connection with audiences across Asia.
The ALIVE tour is built around the idea of light and each show symbolises “the strength to emerge from darkness” while promoting the message that “simply being alive is, in itself, something extraordinary.” For the Singapore stop, fans can look forward to a setlist that moves between beloved classics and new works, delivered with upgraded stage production.
His top tracks include “Addiction,” “I Miss You So Much,” “How Long Have I Loved You,” “How Much It Hurts,” “Outsider,” “Mortal,” and “Want To Quietly Live In Your Soul,” which was featured on the soundtrack for The First Frost.

Tickets are priced from S$98 to S$158. The Mastercard Presale runs on Monday, 11 May 2026, from 2pm to 11.59pm, followed by the Live Nation Presale on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, from 2pm to 11.59pm. General sale begins on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at 2pm.
