Japanese rock band TOGENASHI TOGEARI are heading to Singapore for the first time. The group, best known for their connection to the original anime series Girls Band Cry, will perform at the Capitol Theatre on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.
The Singapore stop forms part of the TOGENASHI TOGEARI “Rinne no Kotowari” Southeast Asia tour, bringing the band’s anime-driven sound and live performance energy to fans across the region.
TOGENASHI TOGEARI occupy a unique space in the Japanese music scene. The group was formed through an audition hosted by agehasprings, with its members selected to serve as both the main voice cast for Girls Band Cry and the band behind the anime’s music. The result is a rare crossover between screen and stage, where the performers bring the songs, characters and emotions of the series to life in concert.
For the Southeast Asia tour, the performing members will be Rina, Yuri and Shuri. Mirei and Natsu are currently on hiatus and will not be appearing at the Singapore show.
Since the broadcast premiere of Girls Band Cry, TOGENASHI TOGEARI have attracted a growing international fanbase. Every opening, ending, and insert theme performed by the group entered the Spotify Viral Chart, marking a major breakthrough for the band.

Tickets for TOGENASHI TOGEARI “Rinne no Kotowari” in Singapore go on general sale on Thursday, 25 June 2026, at 12pm local time. VIP experiences will also be available, giving VIP ticket holders access to a post-show send-off session with the band.
