Singapore’s wine scene is gaining a new address. The team behind 67 Pall Mall Singapore is preparing to open 67 on Scotts, a wine-led dining and lifestyle venue at Shaw Centre on Scotts Road. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, the new concept brings the brand’s expertise beyond the private members’ club and into a more open, social setting.
Opening on 8 June 2026, 67 on Scotts has been created for guests who want to explore wine in a relaxed and accessible way. Spread across two levels, the venue moves away from the idea of a traditional restaurant and instead offers a flexible space that shifts throughout the day. Whether stopping by for breakfast, a glass of wine after work, dinner with friends or a late-night drink, the concept has been designed around movement, music and conversation.
Wine remains the heart of the experience. The programme follows the 67 Pall Mall philosophy of discovery, but in a format made for a broader audience. Guests can explore rotating tasting flights, a considered by-the-glass selection and bottles that span different regions, styles and price points. The aim is to make wine feel engaging rather than intimidating, allowing diners to try something new without committing to a full bottle.
Members of 67 Pall Mall Singapore will also receive added benefits at 67 on Scotts. These include preferential pricing and access to a members-only Black Book featuring fine wines not available on the public menu.
The food is led by Head Chef Balaji Vijayachandran, who brings a Mediterranean-inspired approach to the kitchen. The menu focuses on fresh, produce-led dishes that pair well with the wine list, with sharing plates designed for relaxed dining. Highlights include Laksa Bouillabaisse, Organic Yellow Chicken and a Mediterranean Salad.
The cocktail programme has been built with the same mindset. Rather than distracting from the wine list, the drinks have been created to complement the overall experience, with balance and pairing at the centre of the offering.
With its Orchard Road location, late opening hours and approachable take on wine culture, 67 on Scotts marks a new chapter for 67 Pall Mall Singapore. It takes the knowledge of a private wine club and places it in a setting made for everyday use.
