Bibim Deli is led by Culinary Class Wars chef Min Yohan.
Diners can build custom bibimbap bowls.
The Suntec City spot serves rotating banchan, unlimited rice and complimentary Korean seaweed soup.
Singapore’s Korean dining scene has a new name to know. Bibim Deli has opened at Suntec City, bringing a casual, customisable take on bibimbap to the city. The new concept is led by celebrity chef Min Yohan, who appeared in Season One of Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars and has built a strong following for his approach to Korean comfort food.
Chef Min Yohan arrives with serious credentials. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he is also behind 53 banchan locations across Korea and has developed more than 1,000 original banchan recipes. At Bibim Deli, that experience has been translated into an accessible grab-and-go dining concept where guests can build their own bibimbap bowls from a rotating selection of Korean side dishes.
The format is simple. Diners pick up a bowl, move along the banchan bar and choose the flavours they want before paying by weight. It makes the experience interactive, flexible and ideal for anyone who wants to personalise their meal. Options include Chef Yohan’s signature japchae, radish kimchi, chives, cabbage kimchi, and stir-fried shiitake mushrooms with green beans.
Banchan is priced at S$3.88 per 100 grams, with a minimum overall order of 200 grams. More than 20 banchan and sauces are available on rotation at any given time, selected from Chef Yohan’s wider collection of more than 1,000 recipes. The menu changes weekly, giving diners a reason to return and try something new.
For dine-in guests, each meal also includes a complimentary bowl of miyeok guk, a Korean seaweed soup usually priced at S$2.88. Rice is unlimited and is not included in the final weight, making the meal feel generous without overcomplicating the concept.
Beyond bibimbap and banchan, Bibim Deli also stocks Korean food products, including pumpkin yakgwa at S$1.88 each, fresh ginger extract at S$28.88, and sesame oil at S$28.88. Drinks include sikhye, plum juice, Milkis, grape Bong Bong and a selection of canned beverages.
Bibim Deli in Singapore offers a fresh option for quick lunches, casual dinners and Korean food lovers looking for variety.
