Osteria Mozza Singapore is preparing for a new chapter. The acclaimed Californian-Italian restaurant, helmed by chef Nancy Silverton, will relocate from Hilton Singapore Orchard to ION Orchard, bringing its signature dishes, warm hospitality, and updated menu additions to one of Singapore’s busiest lifestyle destinations.
The restaurant will continue operating at its current Hilton Singapore Orchard location until 31 July 2026. It will then close temporarily before reopening at ION Orchard in late August 2026.
Since opening in Singapore, Osteria Mozza has built a loyal following for its refined yet relaxed approach to Italian dining. Tucked inside Hilton Singapore Orchard, the restaurant has become a favourite among diners seeking handmade pasta, generous sharing plates, and a menu rooted in Italian tradition with a Californian sensibility.

The move to ION Orchard marks a notable change in setting. Rather than remaining within a hotel, Osteria Mozza will move into a more visible location on Level 3 of the mall, beside Louis Vuitton. The new address places the restaurant directly in the heart of Orchard Road, surrounded by luxury retail, destination dining and steady footfall from shoppers and city visitors.
The new space will also be slightly larger, allowing for a more open dining experience. While the setting may be changing, the restaurant’s identity will remain familiar. Signature dishes such as the Meat Lover Pizza, Burrata and Nancy’s Chopped Salad will continue to anchor the menu, offering regulars a sense of continuity.

There will also be new additions designed for the ION Orchard opening. Among them is Pizza alla Pala, a Roman-style pizza served on a paddle and known for its crisp base and airy texture. The introduction reflects Osteria Mozza’s aim to build on its existing strengths while adapting to a more prominent, social and accessible location.
Nancy Silverton’s name carries serious culinary weight. The American chef first made her mark at Spago before co-founding the acclaimed La Brea Bakery and Campanile, helping shape Los Angeles’ modern dining scene. She later co-founded the Mozza Restaurant Group, with Osteria Mozza becoming one of her most recognisable signatures. The original Los Angeles restaurant holds one MICHELIN star, and today, the Osteria Mozza brand can be found in Los Cabos, Lānaʻi and Washington.
