The sky-high afternoon tea brings honey-inspired treats, themed drinks and storybook charm to Swissotel The Stamford.

Afternoon tea in Singapore has taken a playful turn, as SKAI at Swissotel The Stamford welcomes a Winnie the Pooh-themed high tea experience high above the city. Located on the 70th floor, the highest restaurant in Singapore pairs sweeping skyline views with a nostalgic menu inspired by Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, and the Hundred Acre Wood.

Titled “Tea With A Little Hunny,” the limited-time afternoon tea runs until 31 August and transforms the classic high tea ritual into a storybook escape. Guests can settle into SKAI’s sky-high dining room for a multi-course experience that blends childhood memories with refined presentation, all served against panoramic views of Singapore.

The menu places honey at the heart of the experience. Sweet creations include honey-lemon choux, strawberry-and-cream desserts, soft sponge cakes, and a “Nectar Garden” creation layered with honey, yoghurt gelato, and peach notes. There are also playful plated desserts and candy-filled surprises that add a sense of fun to the afternoon tea spread.

The savoury selection takes inspiration from the garden. Highlights include truffle-infused rolls, shrimp and caviar puffs, carrot hummus-style bites inspired by Rabbit’s garden, and soft brioche buns served with honey butter and fig jam. The result is a menu that balances whimsical storytelling with the comforting elegance of a traditional high tea.

Adding to the experience is a tableside honey service, where guests can sample different varieties of honey served directly at the table. It is a simple yet memorable detail that adds an interactive element to the afternoon while reinforcing Pooh’s famous fondness for the sweet ingredient.

Beverages include premium TWG teas, coffee selections and themed non-alcoholic cocktails, giving guests plenty of ways to complete the experience. Whether visiting with family, friends or little ones, the high tea offers a charming reason to slow down and enjoy a sweet pause in the city.

Priced from S$78 per person, with children dining at half price, the Winnie the Pooh high tea at SKAI is a family-friendly addition to Singapore’s dining calendar. With honey-inspired desserts, a nostalgic theme, and lofty views, it offers one of the city’s most memorable afternoon teas this season.
