In the hands of World’s Best Pastry Chef 2025, Maxime Frédéric, a Louis Vuitton icon gets a makeover.
Would anyone actually decline Louis Vuitton chocolates? The maison is among a select few luxury names with its own dedicated confectionery line, made all the more enticing through its collaboration with world-renowned pastry chef Maxime Frédéric. On 16 September 2026, Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton’s flagship boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands introduces two new chocolate collections just in time for gifting season.
Naturally, chocolates bearing Louis Vuitton’s prestige were never going to be your ordinary box of sweets. The new Exclusive Filled Trunk Singapore Tablet and Mini Trunks Assortment are gifts you may want to keep for yourself.

A tribute to the maison’s savoir-faire and enduring Art of Travel philosophy, the Exclusive Filled Trunk Singapore Tablet takes the form of one of Louis Vuitton’s most recognisable icons — the travelling trunk. It comes complete with intricate detailing inspired by its signature Monogram Canvas, metallic hardware, and the maison’s distinctive “V” motif.
Turn it over, and there is even more to admire. The reverse features an artistic illustration of the Louis Vuitton Singapore flagship, framed by the city’s Supertrees, with cameo appearances from Vivienne, the maison’s much-loved mascot. It is almost too pretty to eat! Beneath all that artistry is chef Maxime Frédéric’s signature blend of milk chocolate, generously filled with coconut praline and matcha green tea shortbread.

For those who prefer tasting luxury in smaller portions, the Mini Trunks Assortment should do the trick. The collection features 16 bite-sized chocolates inspired by Louis Vuitton’s heritage hard-sided luggage, presented across four gourmet flavours: milk chocolate with hazelnut nougatine; white chocolate with matcha green tea and caramelised coconut; milk chocolate with hazelnut spread; and 75 per cent cacao dark chocolate from São Tomé.
Those hoping to get their hands on the latest collection may want to move quickly. Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric is no stranger to snaking queues when new Louis Vuitton chocolates land, and these latest creations are unlikely to encourage anyone to practise patience. Whether gifted for a special occasion, or simply deployed as an elaborate excuse to make someone’s day, these are chocolates that manage the rare feat of looking almost too precious to eat while making it remarkably difficult not to.
