Located on Hong Kong Street, Bar Middle is a cosy cocktail bar in Singapore that blends Japanese precision, American creativity, and Taiwanese influences into one.
Situated on Hong Kong Street, Bar Middle is a 20-seater cocktail lounge designed for relaxed evenings, thoughtful drinks, and conversations that continue late into the night. The concept is built around balance, creating a space that sits comfortably between being approachable, creative, and welcoming.
Step inside Bar Middle and you’ll find a warm, intimate interior featuring natural wood textures, soft lighting, and washi-inspired design elements. The atmosphere shifts throughout the evening. Early hours feature a more laid-back soundtrack of Japanese city pop and anime-inspired tracks, gradually transitioning into familiar late-night favourites as the night develops.

Bar Middle marks the first solo venture of veteran bartender Gavin Teverasan, whose career includes experience across some of Singapore’s respected cocktail programs. Drawing from years behind the bar, he created Bar Middle as a space where different cocktail cultures can come together.
