Dave Pynt’s latest concept lands at Resorts World Sentosa with on-site brews and wood-fired plates.
Singapore’s dining and drinking landscape continues to evolve, with a growing number of venues borrowing ideas from private clubs. Priority reservations, curated events and exclusive access are no longer limited to members’ institutions, and People People Brewing Co arrives at exactly the right moment to tap into that appetite.
The new concept comes from Chef Dave Pynt, the man behind Burnt Ends, and marks a different move from the acclaimed restaurateur. Rather than launching another conventional restaurant, he has introduced a venue that combines the atmosphere of a brewery, the appeal of a casual dining destination and the exclusivity of a membership-driven social space. Officially opening on 15 April 2026, it adds a fresh dimension to Resorts World Sentosa’s ever-expanding food and beverage line-up.
Set across 9,000 square feet, People People Brewing Co centres around a “tank-to-tap” concept, with beer brewed on site and poured directly from the tanks. Freshness is clearly a priority, and the brewing process forms part of the venue’s identity. The design feels industrial, with the tanks worked into the aesthetic, while the open-plan layout gives the space a sociable feel. With room for 180 guests, it is designed to be flexible enough for quick drinks, relaxed dinners and larger gatherings alike.
On the bar side, eight taps showcase a range of styles, from easy-drinking lagers to fruit-forward sours. Signature serves include a Japanese rice lager and a tropical Pacific ale, offering something for both craft beer newcomers and more seasoned drinkers. In the kitchen, the menu focuses on wood-fired cooking, with pizzas, roast meats and shareable dishes that suit the casual tone of the venue.
What sets People People Brewing Co apart is its membership model. Guests can opt into a paid programme that unlocks benefits including complimentary beers, easier bookings and access to exclusive events. Higher tiers offer additional incentives, such as brewery tours and early tastings of new brews, giving the concept a more community-led, club-style feel.
While Singapore has no shortage of new openings, People People Brewing Co reflects a broader shift in how the city eats and drinks. It is more than the menu; it is about creating a place where people can gather and feel part of something beyond a standard night out.
