The Lion City’s nightlife scene has a new rooftop address. Truth or Dare has opened at The Offshore Building in Singapore, offering sunset views, live music and late-night drinks in the heart of the city.
Located on the attic level, the new venue adds another skyline-facing spot to Singapore’s growing rooftop bar scene. However, Truth or Dare sets itself apart with a programme built around music, movement and social connection. The bar hosts live music daily, while DJ sets take over every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, giving guests a reason to stay well beyond sunset.
As the evening begins, guests can settle in with panoramic views of the Singapore skyline and a cocktail in hand. As the night progresses, the atmosphere shifts. The soundtrack grows stronger, the room livelier, and the venue shifts from after-work drinks to a full night out.
The drinks menu follows the bar’s playful name. Cocktails are divided into ‘Truth’ and ‘Dare’, with four signature serves designed to suit different moods. Highlights include a gin-based cocktail with osmanthus and burnt honey, as well as a vodka and brown butter creation. Guests can also order the Bartender’s Choice, which blends whisky, sweet ginger wine, azuki red beans and evaporated milk.
Food keeps things casual but satisfying. The menu includes easy bites such as chicken nuggets and truffle fries, as well as larger plates like kimchi fried rice and chilli crab linguine. It is the kind of menu designed for sharing, snacking and stretching the night out.
The space has been created as a flexible social playground, suited to everything from corporate gatherings and brand activations to birthdays, private parties and spontaneous nights out. The concept is built around contrast. Earlier in the evening, Truth or Dare offers a stylish, conversation-friendly setting. Later at night, it turns into a music-driven rooftop hangout with DJs, drinks and a livelier pace.
