Aman Singapore has revealed its summit residences at The Skywaters.
The development is set to become Singapore’s tallest tower at 305 metres.
Residents will have access to an Aman hotel, spa, wellness centre and Aman Club.

Aman Singapore is taking luxury living to new heights. The hospitality brand has revealed the Summit Residences at The Skywaters, a landmark development set to become Singapore’s tallest tower.
Located where Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront meet, The Skywaters has been designed as a calm retreat above the city. Aman Residences, Singapore will occupy the tower’s upper levels, offering sweeping views across the skyline, the South China Sea and the city’s surrounding greenery.
The development will bring together private residences, an Aman hotel, dedicated wellness facilities and Aman Club, the brand’s exclusive global private members’ club. Directly managed by Aman, the destination has been created around privacy, space and attentive service.
The newly revealed collection includes two Sky Villas, alongside a limited number of two- to five-bedroom deluxe penthouses and residences. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the homes reflect Aman’s signature sense of restraint, light and calm while adapting it to a contemporary urban setting.
At the top of the tower, the Sky Villas offer the atmosphere of standalone homes high above the city. Generous interiors, horizon-to-sky views and private pools create a rare sense of seclusion in the heart of Singapore.
Below the Sky Villas, the penthouses and residences have been designed with open layouts, large living spaces and landscaped terraces. Select homes will also include private pools, entertainment rooms and adaptable wellness spaces, encouraging an indoor-outdoor lifestyle above the city.
Residents will have access to the Aman Spa and Wellness Centre, which will focus on longevity, renewal and restorative living. The tower will also include a discreet members-only bar overlooking the South China Sea, as well as Aman’s hotel and signature dining venues.
