The multi-sensory wellness studio combines sound healing, breathwork, yoga and Light Sound Vibration sessions to help guests slow down in the city.

Singapore’s wellness scene continues to evolve, and Future Resonance Singapore is tapping into the city’s growing appetite for restorative, sensory-led experiences. Located in New Bahru, the multi-sensory wellness studio offers a calm counterpoint to urban life, bringing together sound healing, breathwork, yoga, meditation and Light Sound Vibration sessions under one roof.

The concept is designed for those looking to slow down, reset and reconnect. Rather than offering a standard class format, Future Resonance Singapore invites guests into guided experiences that engage the senses through sound, movement, breath and awareness. The result is a studio centred on functional relaxation, an active approach to rest that supports stress regulation, emotional balance and mental clarity.

At the heart of the experience are two distinct spaces. The Solar Room focuses on grounding and restorative practices, using acoustic instruments, soundscapes and traditional sound healing techniques to help calm the nervous system. It offers an accessible entry point for those new to sound healing in Singapore, as well as a deeper practice for regular wellness seekers.

The Lunar Room takes a more immersive approach. Here, guests can experience Light Sound Vibration, also known as LSV, a sensory session that combines synchronised sound frequencies with immersive lighting. The result is one of the more distinctive wellness experiences in Singapore, blending technology, vibration and mindfulness in a setting designed to encourage stillness.

Future Resonance Singapore

Future Resonance Singapore also offers a curated programme of breathwork sessions, guided meditation and yoga classes, including Yin, Hatha and Kundalini. Each session is created to support different needs, from stress release and inner development to physical grounding and self-awareness.

As Singapore becomes increasingly fast-paced, studios such as Future Resonance Singapore reflect a wider shift in how people approach self-care. Wellness is no longer limited to the spa or gym. At New Bahru, it becomes an intentional, immersive experience shaped by sound, light, breath and movement.
