Soft-opened at Perennial Business City ahead of its official launch on 14 March, House+ Bubble is introducing Singapore to the bathhouse-style wellness complex.

Singapore is not short on spas, but House+ Bubble is aiming for something altogether more immersive. Located at Perennial Business City in Jurong East, the new wellness destination moves beyond the idea of a quick treatment or a one-hour reset. Instead, it leans into the bathhouse model, which has become hugely popular across parts of East Asia, where wellness is treated as an experience that spans the day and well into the night. House+ Bubble is currently in soft launch, with its official opening set for 14 March.

The scale is part of the appeal. Phase one spans about 49,000 square feet, with plans to expand to roughly 100,000 square feet once the second phase is complete, making it one of the largest spa concepts of its kind in Singapore. It is also designed to operate 24 hours a day, shifting the conversation around wellness from scheduled self-care to something more fluid, social and open-ended.

Inside, House+ Bubble combines the expected spa essentials with a broader lifestyle offering. There are soaking pools, saunas, heated therapy rooms, massage and reflexology services, plus relaxation halls designed for lingering rather than rushing through. CNA Lifestyle also reports that the complex includes private soak rooms, meditation spaces, a reading room, a cinema, an e-sports room, and capsule pods, which are due to launch after 14 March, giving the venue the feel of a mini retreat in the middle of the city.

That broader concept is what sets it apart. In cities across China, Japan and Korea, bathhouse complexes have long served as places to unwind, eat, nap and spend time with friends or family. House+ Bubble taps into that same culture, positioning itself as a place where wellness is not rushed, and relaxation unfolds at its own pace. The venue also offers food and drink, with refreshments and buffet-style dining as part of the wider experience.

That said, the rollout has not been entirely seamless. House+ Bubble announced on 2 March that its male and female bathing pool areas would be temporarily closed for internal facility adjustments, although its spa, massage and dining areas remain open. That makes this a destination still finding its rhythm, but it also signals ambition. Once fully operational, House+ Bubble could add a fresh dimension to Singapore’s growing wellness scene, one that feels less like a spa appointment and more like an urban escape.
