The new wellness centre blends sauna rituals, recovery technology and personalised performance support.
Singapore’s wellness scene has come a long way. What was once largely centred around spas, massages and yoga classes has expanded into something more intentional. Today, wellbeing is increasingly tied to recovery, performance and daily routine. House Longevity taps directly into that shift, bringing a more integrated wellness concept to the heart of the city.
Located in Raffles Place, House Longevity has been designed not as a practical part of modern urban living. Rather than positioning wellness as an escape from everyday life, the concept encourages guests to make recovery and restoration part of it.

The space spans two floors, with each level serving a distinct purpose. On the lower floor, the Sauna Bath House creates an environment built around heat and contrast therapy. Finnish-style saunas combine heat, steam and essential oils to encourage relaxation, while warm pools, cold plunges and ice showers invite guests to move between temperatures that feel both invigorating and restorative. The result is an experience designed to improve circulation, ease physical tension and help reset the body. For those seeking a more secluded experience, a private sauna is also available.
Upstairs, the focus turns to advanced recovery and performance. Among the offerings is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which allows guests to unwind in an oxygen-rich, pressurised chamber intended to support recovery and overall wellbeing. Red Light Therapy is also part of the experience, offering a non-invasive treatment that has become increasingly popular among those looking to support everything from recovery to general vitality.

For guests who prefer a more measurable and personalised approach, House Longevity also offers performance testing. Assessments such as body composition analysis and grip strength testing provide useful benchmarks, allowing visitors to better understand their health and track progress over time. The experience is further enhanced through access to professionals, including physiotherapists and nutritionists, adding a tailored layer to the overall offering.
Flexibility is central to the concept. There is no rigid membership structure, so guests can choose individual sessions or packages that best suit their lifestyle. To complete the experience, the Longevity Coffee Bar serves speciality coffee and matcha, offering a gentle transition back into the rhythm of the day.
