Sunset Hospitality Group’s new members-only address in Fort Canning Park brings together fitness, recovery, dining and community.
Wellness has moved far beyond the gym floor. It now shapes the way people travel, socialise and spend their downtime, with a growing appetite for spaces that combine health, hospitality and community under one roof. Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group is tapping into that shift with the launch of Madison House Singapore, a new private members’ club designed for those who want to train, recover, dine and connect in one destination.
Set within the greenery of Fort Canning Park, Madison House Singapore offers a rare sense of calm while remaining close to the city centre. The location gives the club a resort-like atmosphere without losing its urban convenience. It also connects to nearby METT Singapore, allowing hotel guests to access the space as part of their stay.

Spread across three floors and more than 37,000 square feet, Madison House has been conceived as a holistic lifestyle hub. The interiors lean into a refined material palette of marble, stone and greenery, softened by subtle Southeast Asian influences and clean architectural lines. The result is a space that feels contemporary, yet still warm and welcoming.
Fitness and recovery sit at the heart of the concept. The club includes a 3,200-square-foot gym fitted with TechnoGym equipment, boutique fitness studios, outdoor swimming pools and two padel courts. Beyond performance, there is a strong focus on restoration, with saunas, steam rooms and cold plunge facilities all forming part of the experience.

One of the club’s defining features is its partnership with The Longevity Suite, the science-led wellness brand known for its health optimisation programmes. A preview space, The Longevity Suite Showroom, is already open, offering an early look at the treatments and services to come. These include cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, dry float therapy and breathwork, alongside programmes tailored to sleep improvement, burnout recovery and long-term wellbeing. The full Longevity Suite is expected to open later this year.
Madison House also aims to build a strong sense of community through its programming. Members can expect a regular calendar of breakfast and supper clubs, padel socials, tastings, talks, music-led events and wellness gatherings. There are also plans for curated retreats with personalised focuses ranging from detox and rejuvenation to better sleep and recovery.
Membership is available by application only, reinforcing the club’s private positioning.
