A four-hands collaboration is in order on 8 August between Bottega di Carna and PÓ Restaurant, featuring a menu that blends the refinement of Italian cuisine with the rich flavours of Singapore’s unique Peranakan fare. Highlights from the six-course menu include the DIY PÓ Popiah, Laksa King Prawn, prepared with a laksa beurre blanc and fried tofu puffs; handmade pici pasta with charcoal-grilled pork bak kwa; a sticky and sweet pork jerky; and a nostalgic Kueh Salat Ice Cream Wafer served with charcoal-grilled love letter wafers.
