A UFC GYM is opening in Abu Dhabi

The expansive space spanning three floors with state-of-the-art facilities will open in March 2021.

UFC GYM Middle East, an extension of premium global sports brand and premier Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organization, UFC, has announced its first branch in the UAE capital.

Set to open in March 2021, UFC GYM Abu Dhabi will be located on Mohamed Bin Zayed Road and offer elite training programs to members by fusing the multi-disciplined approach of Mixed Martial Arts with state-of-the-art equipment and world-class coaching. The gym boasts elite coaches who will plan unique fitness regimens as per each member’s individual goals, lifestyle and experiences while educating them on all aspects of health and fitness.

The expansive 1,600 square meter venue will offer numerous training areas, including strength equipment and cardio area, battle ropes, agility ladders, and large mat areas specifically designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts training for both youth and adults. The ground floor will be dedicated to a fully multi-functional freestyle fitness area, where UFC GYM’s signature class, Daily Ultimate Training (DUT). The first floor is UFC GYM’s signature floor, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Boxing, Kick-boxing Conditioning, Fight Fit and will also be home to a 24-foot Octagon. The second floor will also feature a group exercise and private coaching studio for Zumba, Yoga and Spinning, and an extensive range of resistance machines and cardio area. Ladies-only classes will also be available for ladies who wish to work-out together. 

UFC GYM Abu Dhabi is set to offer exclusive youth programs for children aged 12 and above, designed to help them build a strong foundation of athletic and motivational skills, as well as focusing on the fundamentals of MMA – discipline and respect.
