4 fantastic reasons to dine at Oak Room’s rock and roll steakhouse

Partner Content: The FACT-Award winner offers plenty of occasions to dine in style.

It’s not often that a steakhouse labels itself rock and roll, but we can see why when it is as effortlessly cool as Oak Room. Celebrity chef Tom Aikens is behind the renowned restaurant at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, which may have photos of rock bands on the wall but puts classic British food in the spotlight.

The FACT Award-winning ‘favourite steakhouse’ in Abu Dubai for the past three years now brings sophistication to Saturday evenings in the capital with the arrival of the Oak Room Supper Club from Saturday 18 February.

Oak Room Supper Club

The elegant oak-panelled dining room is the perfect setting for a memorable culinary experience, where epicures and food enthusiasts can enjoy the soothing background music and live entertainment whilst sipping on expertly crafted cocktails and a curated selection of martinis, prepared tableside.

The three-hour dining experience begins with the restaurant’s famous sourdough bread with Marmite butter, followed by an array of signature canapés and raw sharing plates. As the night progresses, diners are encouraged to savour a main course of wagyu flank steak, confit of duck, and pan-seared black cod, complemented by a garden salad and triple-cooked chips.

For those seeking something extra special, the upgraded luxury chef’s selection features surf and turf of wagyu stripling and Canadian lobster.

To complete your fine dining experience, decadent dessert options include treacle tart, chocolate crème brûlée, and an artisanal British cheeseboard.
