Couples can start the evening with a spread of delicate appetisers, including salmon aburi with caviar and pink Argentinian prawns with avocado. The main course offers a choice of Patagonian toothfish or premium Wagyu tenderloin, followed by decadent desserts like a fusion of white chocolate, Amarena cherry and strawberry sponge or raspberry mochi. Couples can indulge in a four-course dinner in a private teepee tent or inside a private clear-topped igloo. Offering mesmerising views of the moonlit sky, the igloos are spacious, beautifully adorned and provide a plush and unique setting for a romantic dinner. The menu features premium caviar, artistic sushi platters, blow-torched dynamic roll, wagyu nigiri, Patagonian toothfish, and wagyu tenderloin. Diners can also expect fresh and fruity desserts such as the ‘A Moment of Celebration’, featuring white chocolate, Amarena cherry and strawberry sponge, and the ‘Dreamy Under the Star’s Light’ raspberry mochi. The menu crafted by Head Chef Vittorio Nania is full of tempting Tuscan specialities, featuring dishes made from beef, chicken, lamb, and traditional game like pigeon and duck.
