That’s right. The most wonderful time of the year is upon us, and it’s bringing with it an array of Christmas Day brunches and New Year’s Eve festivities to this glistening luxury hotel. Let’s dive in.
Christmas at Home
Nix the pressure of cooking a lavish festive meal this year and, instead, indulge in a curated festive hamper available for pre-order in December – you’ll be guaranteed a beautifully prepared meal for your family. Enjoy a traditional whole turkey with all the trimmings (turkey chipolatas, herb-roasted potatoes, parsnips, carrots, brussels sprouts, sage and apricot bread stuffing, turkey gravy, and cranberry jelly included). We’re told it’s suited for eight to ten guests and priced at AED 900.
The alternative is a stunning roast beef, complete with crispy herb-roasted potatoes, parsnips, carrots, brussels sprouts, turkey chipolatas, sage and apricot bread stuffing, thyme-infused jus, and mince pies. Suited for eight to ten guests, it’s priced at AED 980, with additional sides clocking in at AED 70 each. To finish the festive feast on a sweet note, two options are available: an authentic Christmas pudding for AED 100 and a chocolate yule log for AED 210 per piece.
Christmas Day at Nahaam and Sole
Once the gifts have been unwrapped, the culinary team at Conrad says it’s time to indulge in the festive ‘Pardon My Brunch’. Poolside restaurant Nahaam and Italian eatery Sole have joined forces for this one, and they’ll be serving up a buffet-style feast featuring the finest festive dishes. Brunch will be served from 1pm to 4:30 pm as a live band performs – all for AED 835 for the premium package, AED 785 with bubbles, AED 685 with grape and hops, AED 525 with soft beverages, and AED 250 for children between the ages of six and 12. Kids under six, meanwhile, dine with Conrad’s compliments.
Christmas Day at Ray’s Grill
Situated on the 63rd floor, this sophisticated hideaway is renowned for being one of the ultimate dining spots for steak enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi – the 360-degree views of the city skyline and Arabian Gulf are just the proverbial cherry on top. Here, a three-course set menu priced at AED 350 per person will be served from 6:30pm to 11pm.
New Year’s Eve at Nahaam and Sole
Ring in the New Year in spectacular style with friends or loved ones at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. Once again, Nahaam and SOLE will team up to serve a wonderful evening brunch from 7pm until 12 pm. And, of course, the feast will be accented with entertainment by way of a DJ, a live band, and a few surprises on the night. The brunch starts at AED 650 (soft beverages included), while children under six dine for free.
New Year’s Eve at Ray’s Grill
Prefer to ring in 2023 at someplace swanky? Consider Ray’s Grill. Serving a special set menu for New Year’s Eve, the upscale steakhouse is all set to serve four courses complimented by a pianist who will serenade diners from 9:30pm until midnight. The first seating will take place from 6pm to 8:30pm, and is priced at AED 350 per person, inclusive of one glass of prosecco, or AED 425 per person if you prefer a glass of champagne. The second seating will take place from 9:30pm to midnight, and is priced at AED 650 per person, inclusive of one glass of prosecco, or AED 850 per person if you prefer a glass of champagne.
