Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi’s Khaimat Skydome Iftar takes place during Ramadan. The evening begins in a traditional souq, which is filled with Arabian gifts. The grand iftar takes place in the skydome, which is filled with the sound of a live oud player.

The restaurant prides itself on creating local and sustainable dishes. The farm-to-table concept ensures that the fruits and vegetables are the highest quality. The dairy products include cheese, labneh and yoghurt, which are made by the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination. Plus, ingredients have been sourced from local date and honey farms.
