Here, diners can indulge in an array of noodles and dumplings packed with bold flavors and prepared with authentic culinary craftsmanship. Admire the art installation from Yayoi Kusama depicting an oversized polka dot that resembles a rice wok while tucking into crispy lotus prawn fritters, dim sum and ramen.

Garage’s Mezza Bar will surely satisfy your cravings for Levantine cuisine. Inspired by La Maison Rose, the custom resin tables, stained glass window elements and the brick oven cladding are inspired by the dilapidated pink texture of the abandoned jewel of Beirut. Enjoy hummus, fatoush and tabbouleh in addition to chicken shawarma rolls, lamb chops and chicken Machboos for an authentic taste of the Middle East.

Drawing inspiration from the bank vaults of Great Britain, Meat Vault is a haven forgrilled meats that features a private dining area and television screens displaying all the action from Garage’s kitchens. From signature boards to USDA prime tenderloin and slow-cooked BBQ short ribs, Meat Vault is a carnivore’s paradise. When it comes to desserts and sweet treats, look no further than Garage’s Tart Van. The blue food truck is accented with modernized Kufic calligraphy that resembles decorative icing. Rounding out the Garage experience is the Tap Wall. An exciting beverage station that features 11 beverage taps featuring every concoction imaginable.
