The B.I.G – Brunch In Garage offers diners an open kitchen journey spread over five atmospheric areas – Meat Vault, Mezza Bar, Nikkei House, Steam Table and Tap Wall. Enjoy explosive flavours from each culinary hub as you indulge in everything from salmon sashimi and oysters to cumin beef Bao Buns, Jing Jiang chicken rolls, pulled beef burgers and salty spice macaroons.

Make sure you save some room for the roaming dim sum trolleys, butter chicken burrito, and the Tart Van. The latter will be open for business, rewarding revellers with a sweet treat.
