All I Want For Christmas Is B.I.G – Brunch In Garage

B.I.G. Brunch in Garage is the place to go B.I.G on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the capital. This year, the culinary offerings and entertainment will be better than ever, adding up to a series of special brunches that you don’t want to miss.

The brunch held at the FACT Award-winning Garage offers diners an open kitchen journey spread over five atmospheric areas – Meat Vault, Mezza Bar, Nikkei House, Steam Table and Tap Wall. Enjoy explosive flavours from each culinary hub as you indulge in a feast of festive favourites and international staples, including Fine De Claire oysters, smoked salmon gravlax, prawn cocktail, truffle mushroom arancini, bao buns with char siu short ribs, pumpkin gorgonzola ravioli, braised wagyu beef on brioche with truffle, roasted turkey, Angus prime ribs and more.

Make sure you save room for the roaming dim sum trolleys and the Tart Van. The latter will be open for business, rewarding revellers with festive sweet treats and decadent desserts. Not only can you dance to the best Christmas hits spun by a live DJ, and on Christmas Day, Santa will also come straight from the racetrack to make all your wishes come true.
