Afternoon tea at Abu Dhabi’s only revolving lounge is based on Lewis Carroll’s novel, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The innovative afternoon tea offers a selection of teas and a tipple of your choice, complemented by fresh scones, savoury éclairs and 360-degree views of the capital. The St. Regis Bar’s expert mixologists are hosting a wonderful early-evening treat for lovers of juniper based beverages. Choose from the bar’s stock of 25 premium juniper spirits and watch the skilled mixologists whip up refreshing cocktails. The Ginventory experience includes four personalised and creative mixes, plus one savoury bite. Available Sunday to Thursday, from 4pm and 7pm. AED 200 per person.

Set on the picturesque beachfront facing the bright blue Gulf at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi presents a brunch experience bursting with extraordinary dishes. The sharing-style menu presents a myriad of dishes from the Pacific region, offering top-quality sushi, salads, gyoza and tempting light bites. A chilled mix of beats sets the mood for a long afternoon and evening of leisurely grazing. Fridays, from 1pm to 4pm and 7pm to 10pm. Tuck into the Emirati Fusion Menu at Punjab Grill, Venetian Village Abu Dhabi
Created in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism, the four-course set menu is part of a campaign to highlight the hidden secrets of local cuisine. Guests can begin their meal with either chilled mango soup or hot lentil soup before diving into local specialities such as Emirati-spiced Gulf shrimp, salounat owma, sand-baked mushroom and cheese or masala falafel. For mains, you can expect Emirati favourite Ghouzi or camel meat Hyderabadi Oonth ka Kebab served with wheat porridge. For dessert, there’s luqaimat doughnuts and Emirati pancakes, chebab patishapta with chami cheese, and a date and camel milk creme brûlée. Available daily, from 12:30pm to midnight. AED 350 per person.

Indulge in 34 Layers of chocolate at Butcher & Still, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island
Butcher & Still’s iconic Tribune Tower is a Four Seasons Masterdish that has put Four Seasons Abu Dhabi on the culinary map. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Rasika Weerasinghe, the 34-layer chocolate cake of flourless sponge and mousse was inspired by Chicago’s tallest skyscraper in the Prohibition Era.
