Tuck into the Emirati Fusion Menu at Punjab Grill, Venetian Village Abu Dhabi
Created in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism, the four-course set menu is part of a campaign to highlight the hidden secrets of local cuisine. Guests can begin their meal with either chilled mango soup or hot lentil soup before diving into local specialities such as Emirati-spiced Gulf shrimp, salounat owma, sand-baked mushroom and cheese or masala falafel. For mains, you can expect Emirati favourite Ghouzi or camel meat Hyderabadi Oonth ka Kebab served with wheat porridge. For dessert, there’s luqaimat doughnuts and Emirati pancakes, chebab patishapta with chami cheese, and a date and camel milk creme brûlée. Available daily, from 12:30pm to midnight. Indulge in 34 Layers of chocolate at Butcher & Still, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island
Butcher & Still’s iconic Tribune Tower is a Four Seasons Masterdish that has put Four Seasons Abu Dhabi on the culinary map. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Rasika Weerasinghe, the 34-layer chocolate cake of flourless sponge and mousse was inspired by Chicago’s tallest skyscraper in the Prohibition Era.
