A fan-fuelled sing-along inspired by the hit animated universe joins the Korea Festival at Umm Al Emarat Park.
Abu Dhabi is preparing a vibrant dose of Korean pop culture. As part of the Korea Festival 2025, a KPop Demon Hunters sing-along will take place at Umm Al Emarat Park, giving fans a chance to belt out their favourite tracks alongside fellow devotees. The two-day festival runs on 7 and 8 November, with the sing-along scheduled for the second day at 8pm.
For the uninitiated, KPop Demon Hunters is an animated concept that fuses chart-ready pop hooks with high-energy storytelling set in a world of demon hunting. The sing-along format turns this screening of the Netflix smash into a shared performance, inviting the audience to belt out hits like “Golden,” “Soda Pop”, and “Takedown.”
This year’s festival theme is Connected, a nod to the cultural bridges the event continues to build. Across the park, you will find touchpoints with Korean lifestyle and heritage, from K-beauty and K-food booths to K-Tourism showcases and family-friendly activities. Live programming adds to the atmosphere. Expect a dynamic Nanta show, traditional Gugak sounds, a Taekwondo demonstration, and a live K-pop performance by VVS. There is also a Korean Speech Contest that highlights language learning.
Whether you are a lifelong K-pop fan or simply curious about contemporary Korean culture, the Korea Festival offers an easy way in. Entry to Umm Al Emarat Park is required, but the festival itself is free of cost, which makes it an accessible weekend plan for families, friends, and culture seekers.
