Returning this November, the capital’s ultimate food festival is expected to introduce a new music concept.
Another day, another update about an outdoor festival to await: Taste of Abu Dhabi. We all know that the season ahead will see the return of al fresco entertainment of all manner, but when it comes to foodies across the capital, this is one that matters. As for what you can expect? Three days’ worth of dishes from the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, a celebrity chef line-up, and an all-new music concept. Taste of Abu Dhabi will run from 14 to 16 November at Gateway Park South, Yas Island.
We’re told that of the 15 restaurants participating in the 2025 edition, ten have been confirmed: Catch by St. Regis, Craft by Side Hustle, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, Gala Gourmet, Ilios, Lento, Oak Room, Paradiso, Taparelle, and The Director’s Club. Additionally, each restaurant will specially curate a menu of three to five ‘taster’ sized dishes so that guests can sample a little of everything. This will include at least one vegetarian option as well as one child-friendly dish.

Taste of Abu Dhabi will also host several workshops led by celebrity chefs. Here, guests can learn the best kitchen secrets, techniques, and insights directly from experts such as Andrew Dickens, Annika Panikker, Faisal Naser, Fred Casagrande, Gino D’Acampo, Harry Heals, Jenny Morris, Joe Nesbitt Larking, Khaled Al Saadi, Matt Preston, Omaka Marie, Shivesh Bhatia, and Warren Mendes. Bonus: all workshops are included for free with all event entry tickets. Just be warned that sign-up for sessions will be first-come, first-served on the day of the event. Elsewhere, a market of both artisan vendors and established brands will be on-site, selling their wares and offering up samples.

A festive ambience, meanwhile, will come courtesy of a new music concept consisting of multiple stages throughout the venue. Each will be busy from day to night, packed with everything from DJs to intimate acoustic sets. There will also be five licensed lounges and a kids’ zone. Following the success of last year’s event, organisers expect more than 19,000 visitors to join the city’s largest celebration of food and culture.
