The concert will take place on Wednesday, 2 December at Etihad Arena on Yas Island.

Formula 1 race week in Abu Dhabi is set to take on a new level of sophistication as world-renowned Italian tenor and music icon Andrea Bocelli has been announced as the first-ever performer for Yasalam Classics. This brand-new concert series is launching as part of the Yasalam entertainment program during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026.
Taking place on Wednesday, 2 December at Etihad Arena on Yas Island, the Andrea Bocelli Abu Dhabi concert will officially open one of the Middle East’s biggest weeks of sport, entertainment and live events. Joining the celebrated tenor on stage will be the acclaimed Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, known internationally for its rich orchestral sound and captivating performances.
The special performance coincides with the 30th anniversary celebrations of Romanza, the landmark album that launched Andrea Bocelli to global fame. As part of the Romanza 30th Anniversary World Tour, Andrea Bocelli’s Abu Dhabi appearance offers fans a rare opportunity to experience some of his most beloved songs live during the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix week.

Throughout a career spanning over three decades, he has collaborated with international superstars including Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and Ed Sheeran. The upcoming performance will mark Andrea Bocelli’s eighth appearance in the UAE, following his most recent visit in 2025 when he headlined New Year celebrations, further cementing his strong connection with audiences across the region.

Tickets for the Andrea Bocelli concert at Etihad Arena are expected to be in exceptionally high demand. Holders of Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026 tickets will receive exclusive 24-hour pre-sale access before tickets become available to the general public on Wednesday, 17 June.
