BREDx has added three regional names to its November line-up. Syrian rapper and producer Bu Kolthoum, Jordanian-Palestinian singer Zaid Khaled and Egyptian pop artist Nasser will join international headliners Bryson Tiller and Central Cee at Etihad Live on Yas Island. Taking place on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November 2026, the BREDx festival in Abu Dhabi pairs live performances with streetwear, food, photography and basketball. Music, Art & Street Culture.

The special edition comes ahead of BRED Abu Dhabi’s return in April 2027. Since launching in 2023, BRED has given regional creatives a platform alongside international talent. BREDx continues that approach through two days of performances, exclusive products and collaborations rooted in the UAE and wider region.

Artists

Bu Kolthoum will perform on the AMP Stage on Friday 13 November 2026. With a catalogue that includes the 2015 album Inderal, the Syrian artist has spent more than a decade developing a sound that connects rap with Arabic musical traditions. Tarab, zajal and ataaba inform his approach, giving his work a strong connection to the region’s poetry and vocal heritage. Start with “Mamnoun”, “Jouwana” and “Zamilou” to explore the songs that have helped establish his reputation among Arabic rap listeners.

Joining Friday’s programme is Zaid Khaled, whose music explores romance and personal experience through alternative Arabic pop. His 2021 debut album, Tayarat o Sayarat, made with Egyptian producer El Waili, established an electronic direction that he has continued to develop across subsequent releases. “Layali”, “Rakeek” and “Khatem”, the latter a collaboration with Ahmed Diaa, offer an introduction to his catalogue. His work with producers across the region also makes his booking a fitting reflection of BRED’s interest in creative exchange.

Nasser takes over the AMP Stage on Saturday 14 November 2026. The Egyptian artist studied film before moving from mashups into original music, building his own studio along the way. Tracks including “LEH” and “Zad El Shouq” trace his growing presence in Arabic pop, while his collaboration with Wegz on “Msh Kol Marra” connects him with Egypt’s rap scene. His September release with Zaid Khaled, “HASESS BIK”, adds a timely connection between two of the festival’s newly announced performers.

On the Main Stage, Bryson Tiller’s Saturday appearance offers a chance to revisit a defining chapter in contemporary R&B. The Louisville artist’s 2015 debut, T R A P S O U L, helped popularise a sound that combined trap production with intimate singing and songwriting. “Don’t”, “Exchange” and “Sorry Not Sorry” remain central to that legacy, with “Exchange” earning a Grammy nomination.

Central Cee shares Saturday’s headline billing, representing the international reach of UK rap. The West London artist progressed from breakthrough tracks such as Loading to global hits including Doja, Sprinter with Dave and BAND4BAND with Lil Baby. His debut studio album, CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS, entered the UK Official Albums Chart at number one in 2025. Placing him alongside Arab performers gives Yas Island audiences a chance to explore how artists from different cities have taken their local sounds to wider audiences
