Celebrity favourite SUSHISAMBA is making its debut in Abu Dhabi

The multiple FACT Dining Award winning restaurant will be located in Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.

SUSHISAMBA can be found across the world in Dubai, Doha, London, Miami and Las Vegas. Now, the world-famous restaurant is making its debut in Abu Dhabi and opening in Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in April 2024.

The SUSHISAMBA brand is more than 20 years old. The concept draws its inspiration from Brazil, Japan and Peru, and combines the flavours of each country in a fascinating way. The menu ranges from traditional Japanese tempura and sushi, to Brazilian churrasco and moqueca and Peruvian anticuchos and seviche. 

The dishes are designed for sharing, and SUSHISAMBA in Abu Dhabi will include brand favourites. Crafted under the culinary direction of Kyung Soo Moon, the signature dishes include the Chilean Seabass Anticuchos made with white miso and chives; Sea Bream Seviche with green chilli, coriander and cancha corn; the Ultimate Sushi and Sashimi Platter; and Black Cod. Plus, the extensive drinks menu has bespoke concoctions, including Signature Caipirinha, SAMBA Melon Sour, and SAMBA Negroni. 

If you’re a fan of SUSHISAMBA, you’ll be excited to hear that SUSHISAMBA in Abu Dhabi will boast the brand’s familiar design, décor and DNA. Taking over the space formally occupied by VaKaVa at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi spans two floors. The first floor comprises a restaurant and terrace, while the second floor houses a private dining room, bar, the popular SAMBAROOM, and a terrace with stunning sea views.

The space will be filled with eye-catching colours and live entertainment. Plus, the Dubai branch has proved popular with Dubai royals and sports star Cristiano Ronaldo.
