Le Bistro by Salmontini is opening in Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi

The Dubai dining destination is coming to the capital. 

Seafood fans, we have some delicious news. Le Bistro by Salmontini is heading from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The seafood restaurant will be opening in Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, and here’s what you need to know. 

Le Bistro by Salmontini first opened in DIFC, Dubai. The original restaurant has been running for more than 16 years, and has a firm following. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the speciality is salmon. The dishes showcase seafood and include Heart of Smoked Salmon, Salmon Tartare, Salmon Rillettes and Traditional Smoked Salmon. Plus, The Bistro Plate comes with an assortment of salmon, which will please salmon aficionados. 

If the original menu is anything to go by, Abu Dhabi is in for a tasty treat. Le Bistro by Salmontini’s menu spans breakfast, starters, sandwiches, soups, mains, sushi and pastries. The breakfast dishes include a Salmontini Benedict with poached eggs, spinach and mustard. Plus, the egg dishes range from Chorizo Eggs to Shakshuka.  

The mains showcase seafood and include Seabass En Papillotte, Seafood Linguine and Yellow Curry Shrimps. The selection includes makimono, nigiri, sashimi and sushi. Plus, the desserts include a Burnt Cheesecake, Chocolate Tart and Raspberry Macaron. 

Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi is located on Khalifa Street and near the Corniche Beach. The five-star hotel is home to a range of restaurants and bars. The concepts include Market Kitchen, PJ O’Reilly’s Irish Pub and Stratos – Revolving Lounge Bar & Grill. Plus, it includes 278 rooms and suites.
